PASSENGER (TRAVELER) AGREEMENT

This Passenger Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your usage of the Parcel Platform service as a traveler or parcel carrier (“Passenger,” “you”). By creating an account or posting flight availability, you agree to these terms.

Parcel Platform is only a marketplace connecting Senders and Passengers. Parcel Platform does not verify users, does not take possession of any parcel, and does not guarantee the safety, legality, or accuracy of parcel information provided by Senders.

1. Eligibility

To use Parcel Platform as a Passenger, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate flight and identity information

  • Follow all travel, customs, aviation, and airline laws

2. Marketplace Only — No Guarantee

Parcel Platform:

  • Does NOT verify Sender-provided parcel contents

  • Does NOT inspect or handle parcels

  • Does NOT guarantee that parcels are safe, legal, or allowed

  • Does NOT provide insurance or compensation

  • Does NOT handle payments or disputes

You accept parcels at your own risk.

3. Passenger Responsibilities

You agree to:

3.1 Transport Parcels Legally

You must ensure:

  • The parcel meets all airline, airport, and customs regulations

  • You are legally permitted to carry the item

  • You independently verify the safety and legality of the parcel

  • You refuse any item that appears suspicious or unsafe

Parcel Platform is NOT responsible for your legal compliance.

3.2 Provide Accurate Availability Details

You must post accurate:

  • Flight information

  • Weight/space availability

  • Price per kg (if applicable)

  • Contact details

3.3 Coordinate With Senders

You agree to:

  • Communicate through internal chat

  • Decide if you want to share personal contact info

  • Arrange parcel pickup and drop-off at your discretion

All arrangements are your responsibility.

4. Prohibited Activity

Passengers are strictly forbidden from:

  • Transporting illegal or dangerous items

  • Violating customs or airline regulations

  • Providing false travel information

  • Using the platform for smuggling or unlawful activities

Parcel Platform may suspend accounts involved in violations.

5. No Liability

By using Parcel Platform, you agree that:

  • You accept parcels entirely at your own discretion

  • You assume full legal responsibility for the parcels you carry

  • Parcel Platform is not responsible for:

    • Arrests, detentions, fines

    • Losses or damages

    • Airport or customs problems

    • Sender dishonesty

You must use extreme caution and verify parcels yourself.

6. Disputes

Parcel Platform does not mediate disputes between users. All conflicts must be resolved directly between Sender and Passenger.

7. Termination

Parcel Platform may suspend accounts for:

  • Illegal activity

  • Transporting prohibited items

  • Violating this Agreement

  • Fraud or misrepresentation
