1. SENDER AGREEMENT

This Sender Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Parcel Platform service (“Parcel Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By creating an account or posting a parcel request, you (“Sender,” “you,” or “your”) agree to the terms below.

Parcel Platform operates solely as a marketplace that connects parcel senders with travelers (“Passengers”). Parcel Platform does not deliver parcels, does not verify users, and does not assume responsibility for the transport, condition, safety, legality, or delivery of any item.

1. Eligibility

To use Parcel Platform as a Sender, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Provide accurate personal information

  • Comply with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws

  • Agree not to use the platform for illegal or restricted activities

Parcel Platform may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

2. Marketplace Only — No Delivery Responsibility

Parcel Platform:

  • Does NOT transport parcels

  • Does NOT employ or supervise Passengers

  • Does NOT verify Passengers’ backgrounds, identities, or travel details

  • Does NOT guarantee delivery, safety, condition, or timing of the parcel

  • Does NOT handle payments between you and the Passenger

  • Does NOT provide insurance, refunds, or financial protection

All arrangements, risks, and decisions are solely between you and the Passenger.

3. Sender Responsibilities

As a Sender, you agree to:

3.1 Provide Accurate Parcel Information

You must disclose:

  • Exact content of the parcel

  • Accurate weight and dimensions

  • Accurate pickup and delivery addresses

  • Real phone number and contact details

You are responsible for any inaccuracies.

3.2 Comply With Laws and Airline Regulations

You agree that:

  • Your parcel complies with all customs, security, luggage, and aviation regulations

  • You will NOT send prohibited or dangerous items

  • You will comply with all regulations for both origin and destination countries

Parcel Platform has no responsibility for legal issues arising from your parcel.

3.3 Meet the Passenger and Transfer the Parcel

You agree to coordinate:

  • Pickup arrangement

  • Drop-off instructions

  • Any required documents (e.g., customs, invoices, receipts)

Parcel Platform is not involved in this process.

4. Prohibited Items

Senders are strictly forbidden from sending:

  • Illegal drugs and controlled substances

  • Weapons, ammunition, explosives

  • Flammable, toxic, or hazardous materials

  • Stolen goods

  • Cash or monetary instruments

  • Counterfeit or fraudulent items

  • Live animals

  • Human remains or body parts

  • Items prohibited by airline, airport, security, or customs authorities

Violation may result in permanent account termination and legal action.

5. Communication

Parcel Platform provides internal chat.
Senders may:

  • Communicate with Passengers through chat

  • Share personal contact info at their own risk

Parcel Platform is not responsible for content exchanged between users.

6. Payments

Parcel Platform does not:

  • Process payments

  • Hold funds

  • Facilitate financial transactions

  • Provide refunds

Payments, price negotiations, and agreements are between Sender and Passenger only.

7. Liability and Risk Acknowledgment

BY USING PARCEL PLATFORM, YOU AGREE THAT:

  • You assume full risk for providing a parcel to a Passenger

  • Parcel Platform is not liable for stolen, lost, damaged, delayed, or confiscated parcels

  • Parcel Platform does not guarantee that a Passenger will complete delivery

  • Parcel Platform is not responsible for customs seizures, airport issues, or legal violations committed by you or the Passenger

You use the platform at your own risk.

8. Disputes Between Users

Parcel Platform:

  • Will NOT mediate disputes between Sender and Passenger

  • Is NOT responsible for disagreements or failed deliveries

  • May suspend accounts involved in disputes, at its discretion

All disputes are solely between users.

9. Account Termination

Parcel Platform may suspend or delete accounts for:

  • Violations of this Agreement

  • Illegal activity

  • Fraud or misrepresentation

  • Abuse of the platform or users

10. Changes to the Agreement

Parcel Platform may update this Agreement anytime. Continued use signifies acceptance of updated terms.
